Weekly Tech Tip
Boost Your iPhone’s Battery
In today’s landscape of emerging technologies, it’s vital to manage your device’s battery efficiently. Here’s how to boost your iPhone’s battery life.
-
Remove widgets from your iPhone lock screen: Widgets on the lock screen cause apps to run in the background, draining battery. To save power, remove or avoid widgets by pressing Edit, then Customize, and tapping the — button.
-
Turn off your iPhone’s haptic keyboard feedback: Haptic feedback, added in iOS 16, makes the keyboard vibrate as you type, but it can drain battery. To conserve power, disable it in Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Keyboard Feedback.
