Montgomery, AL – Clay Leavell, a seasoned educator with a global perspective, is excited to integrate QuantHub into his curriculum at Park Crossing High School. With a rich background in various industries and cultures, Leavell brings a unique approach to teaching World History, US History, and Introduction to Computer Science.

This year, Leavell plans to make QuantHub a cornerstone of his Introduction to Computer Science courses, while also incorporating it as an engaging starter activity for his history classes. His goal is to instill in his students the critical importance of data literacy and equip them with the skills to navigate the data-driven world.

Leavell recently had the opportunity to share his enthusiasm for QuantHub as a Data Ambassador at the 2024 Mega Conference. Collaborating with the QuantHub team and connecting with fellow educators was a highlight of his summer.

Clay is married to his amazing wife of 26 years, Jennifer; they have 4 daughters. We are excited to follow Leavell’s journey as he empowers his students with data literacy skills. Stay tuned for updates on his progress and innovative teaching methods.
