How to Enable Background Sounds on iPhone:

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio & Visual > Background Sounds.

Turn on Background Sounds and select a noise type (rain, ocean, fire, etc.).

You can enable it to play over music or stop when your phone locks.
Quick Access via Control Center:
- Open Control Center.
- Tap the plus (+) sign to add a new control.
- Add Hearing Control (ear icon).
- Tap the musical notes in Control Center to activate Background Sounds.
Use Accessibility Shortcuts:
