New Science Pathway in QuantHub

A new ALSDE Course of Study–Science pathway is now available in our K12 clients’ Lesson Plans section.

We’re looking for high school teachers to teach Applied Data Science (counts as a math credit). Teachers will receive paid training, instructional resources, and ongoing support to help advance AI education at the high school level.

OpenAI Snubs Musk’s $97.4B Offer

Elon Musk and a group of investors, including his AI startup xAI, have made a $97.4 billion bid to acquire OpenAI’s nonprofit entity, aiming to return it to its original open-source mission.

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman swiftly rejected the offer, calling it an attempt to slow OpenAI down and accusing Musk of acting out of insecurity.

Musk, who is suing OpenAI over antitrust concerns, has intensified his feud with Altman amid the ongoing legal and business battle.

Meanwhile, OpenAI continues to attract major investments, with SoftBank nearing a $40 billion deal and Microsoft remaining its largest backer.
